I'm always trying to get the perfect hawk flying shot.This isn't it.. but I do like it.

it's weird how we see mostly red tails when the broad winged hawk is most bundant. haven't seen one in a while.

This one's got a lot going for it - lovely light, nice position of the wings, great composition. I like it a lot!

I really like this shot as well! I think this is a Light Juvenile Broad-winged Hawk and not a Red-Tailed Hawk, but I'm no expert by any means.
