Description
I've always loved the idea of the transforming superhero: Ultraman, Hulk and Captain Marvel. Marvel, or the Big Red Cheese as arch nemesis Dr. Sivana called him, was my favorite, maybe because of the humor and the coolness of his transformation. I loved the TV series as a kid but it really dropped the humor. Happily, the charming Shazam movie retains the humor with some of the fun of Big . However, despite how impressive Zachary Levi is physically , I felt the Big Red Cheese should be bigger so here we are.Related content

Looking over how Superheros are drawn, I hope they never stop drawing them as jacked as fuck.
Call it wish fulfillment, but seeing those big strong men does something for me. They're like our ideal selves, the men we wish we could be, the ideal. While we may not be kids anymore, we never abandoned the childish dream of being a hero and being powerful.
So yeah, crank up captain Marvel. Turn up the muscle knob to 11 and rip it off.
Also looking over this picture a second time, this makes me view captain Marvel as a kind of coming out fantasy. you come out and then suddenly you got cock for miles and biceps to make the gods cry.
it's kind of empowering.

Nice! Although as powerful as Zeb is I think I'd still go for Zeus---although I think it would be the sex appeal of Zeb. Maybe SHAZZAM so he could have both. Thanks!!

I don't understand Hollywood. There are enough gyms in the country, and an enormous amount of built (and good looking) men to choose from; yet they go for some general wimp, not that great looking neither, and want to bulk him up for a part? Silly stupid to me. I live in godforsaken Wichita, Ks, and there are enough hunks at all our gyms to curl one's toes over; sure better fare than most of the on-screeners I've seen Hollywood try to dish out to us. Makes no sense when you have thousands of already wondrous hunks available to grab a few from, here and there. Okay, maybe they don't have acting credentials; but it's not all that tough to get a lot of people into the acting gig in just as short a time as they want to try to inflate someone's biceps... that are going to deflate soon as the film is over. Chris Hemworth is a good example. Endearing to look at, but he only keeps those muscles just long enough to go from project to project, not seeming to care if has any or not. (which is true of a lot of very handsome men; relying on their faces more than their pecs to impress someone; though will admit Chris is a very fine actor, too.) And gee, with Gold's gym right in their faces down the street, how can they ignore all those Mike O'Herans (sp/) that are floating around under their noses every day. Beats me.

besides the acting department, the bodybuilding types are considered too big for general audiences. hemsworth is probably about as big as audiences are willing to allow. schwarzeneggar i believe has stated he was told to size down. i believe he told the rock the same thing, and i think dennis newman and kevin levrone are on record as being told to slim down when they tried hollywood.

Yes, the camera adds pounds, but only about ten I hear.
Arnold was reduced to 210, from his sort of normal 240 for Terminator --(though not for Stay Hungry) --and I thought he never looked better.
Far more chiseled. But I have no idea who this "god of control" might be or think he is/they are.
Nor have I ever heard Dwayne Johnson being told to slim down, because he often worked out like crazy when filming.
But thought his Hercules was a terrible, awful film. Have no idea who would be complaining about seeing a huge muscle hunk,
unless he was running around in an "empty thong," and a bulging waist line. And Hemsworth's camera work, as with Chris Evans,
always make him look bigger than he really is.
Old timer Mark Forrest was I think the best built of all, he was always a joy to watch; and is a survivor hitting 80. Don't have a clue what he looks like in
older age, or if he ever married, or had a male lover. Can't find that info. Steve Reeves at first looked miraculous, but as his films went along, you could tell he wasn't
as developed as before, like he got lazy towards the end, or didn't have the time to keep at it. Nonetheless his shoulder width made him look way bigger, because he was actually on the streamlined side, never had great pecs comparatively. Nowadays guys surpass Reeves left and right in size. But usually not looks or symmetry.

Ok I kind of agree but I know that most bodybuilding types struggle a bit in the acting department and even for a musclehead like me it can be a chore watching a hulking pretty boy’s lack of expressiveness as he labors through a complex scene. While Chris Hemsworth is beautiful huge and can act, most big guys are not nearly as expressive. O’Hearn is gorgeous and built huge but can be a little brick like when it comes to doing comedy like Levi does here. However, to your point, there’s Gotta be a big guy that can do this stuff. The superhero movies are calling!!!

My address and phone are up for grabs.
OOOPs, when I was under 35 -- .
Tried my stint in L.A. I had crooked teeth then, and was scared to death of my sexuality.
Have been at Gold's briefly a few months, way back when Arnold was there, on the cusp of his being famous;
although he was already known as The Oak. Columbo was his ever present pal. Along with many others
I saw there. Me, sopping wet at 168 pounds. But nicely shaped.
Now, 75, could give a hoodle less -- also have shrunk a bit,
but still gorgeous. (… to a very slim few)
Those were the days. O'Hearn is truly gorgeous; yet there is still something about his face that
doesn't quite ring in with the solid masculine look. Wonder if he's gay? He's never known to be with a woman
I ever heard of. Bet his lover is gorgeous, whoever. Nonetheless, Cavill is a dream.
Hardly any since Reeves that were ever as handsome.
Even not in super shape, Cavill and Hemsworth are still worth the viewing.

You know how to stoke the furnace. Live nearby...? I'm willing.
(Alas, neither in or out of my poser can I match a Dectric Lewis.
Would be heavenly nice, for each/both of us.)
