the shadow lines are quite thick and i believe they should be a bit thinner

I like what you've done with the eye and the glow. Looks really good.
The background's dramatic too. The mask's not too bad, but using a harder brush can give you sharper result.

I usually after i am allmost finished i copy all of my layers, then i remove the noise, gausin blur and a bit tweaking with the colors, so this is far different than the result before the effects xD
