Wow... This is so stunning and very very gorgeous! Your lineart is so awesome, and that texture is beautiful! I am in love with the way you color and how smooth and beautiful it looks. Your anthros are also very stunning, and your anatomy is always so perfect. I love how you do your anthros hands, and how they have such movement to them.

Great job on the anatomy and lineart, as usual.
Just a little thing about coloring. You say it's the sunset, but this looks more like a sunrsise (sunset is more orange/blue and the character would be more shaded).

I rather like the bipedal version of Diamond....very lovely, and the pose is very correct--no impossible bends in the joints, it adds a lot to the piece. Wonderful job, although (I don't know if this is the intended style), for a wolf, the ears are a tad long and the muzzle quite broad, but it seems intentional as it shows up in your other pieces, so just thought I'd note it. Still, lovely ^_^

Its always been my style, not really realistic as she is meerly a reflection of my soul. She is me, so she is not really a real wolf by any means if that makes any sense. And I really really LOVE the style of long ears, always have. So that is also a styalistic feature. But thank you for your coment. It is very much appreciated.

What kinda of paper do you usually use? Looks like it's got some texture to it.

um just whatever comes out of my sketchbook. and yah it does have a bit of a tooth to it. and its also just a lot of the prisma softness grabing every edge it can lol.

Yeah.
I like to use smooth paper personally. With my Otaru having a solid colour throughout her body I can get more fur texture into it. Looks like crap otherwise(an example is the very frist refsheet I did and the latest picture of her which was on textured paper)
But the textured paper works well with yer Diamond. You only do the shading and the texture on the paper gives the rest of her texture but the fact you do the shaading creates the mind illusion that you do some sort of coloring throughout the rest of her. Or, it does that to me. xD
I get into how everything truly looks and how everything is seen by our minds too often...x3

you really pay good attention to the way art looks to the eye, and that will truly make you a VERY Talented and splendid artist over time. I still have problems with it sometimes. Yah and often with the paper thing its whatever I happen to be close to. Computer paper or sketch book paper.

I sketch and doodle with computer and sketchbook paper....like if I have a concept I will absolutly kill myself if I don't remember it later I'll sketch it down on whatever. But final projects are always on teh smooth paper for me. =^_^=
Speaking of, I need to run down to Hobby Lobby to get another book of smooth-ness....xD;;
