Warning: Full view is huge.asked how I did my underwater backgrounds , but it's hard to explain so I created this tutorial instead.

I LOVE doing water. It can be a headache, but it's a lot of fun and the finished product is always very satisfying to look at. x3
Also, don't forget, if you put a character in there, put some water in front of it! ^_^ Unless they're standing in front of a tank... P=
