Okay, here it is. The stamp for those Invader Zim fans who aren't into z@dder!AND it's an "I support" stamp; it isn't "anti" anything!
Swords? Anachronistic, even primitive, yes. However they are instantly recognizable symbols of aggression and conflict... "crossed swords..." "at swords' points..." etc.
Edit: "Classic" could also refer to the First Season. That was before n!ck micromanagement wore down the writers until the characters became parodies of their former selves... when Dib was granted a few victories before he became the perpetual loser the n!ck fungi insisted he be.

All that you say here is true. Not that they're going to let little things like solid, sound reasons stop them.
Today people laugh at heroes who are complete goodie goodies. People used to embrace paragons such as The Lone Ranger, who wouldn't even drink, smoke, or say, "I'm out of silver bullets? Shucks!" but these days we recognize that no one is all good or all bad.
This is not applied to Dib however. Too many seem to be looking for any reason at all, however tiny, to hurt/hate him.

People recognize no hero is a goody two shoes because none of us is one.
Poor Dib, he is hated by everyone except maybe for the two of us.

Actually, when it comes to true blue Dib fans 
The many out there who say they like Dib but who delight in drawing him mauled and bloody are worse than those who at least hate him honestly.

I personally like every season of IZ, but I do agree, the first seasons were total classic.

I dunno when the season split since I had to download it, but I did notice the last 3/4 of the series, it was a little off. I mean, Zim got ANNOYING stupid. DX

Although I gotta say, I don't think Nick wore them down that much. Sure there are subtle differances between the first season and the others but Jhonen and the cast were quite happy with many of the later episodes like "Tak the Hideous New Girl" and "Backseat Drivers from Beyond the Stars".
I think that the biggest reason for any upsetting changes or the actual cancelation of the show was that Jhonen Vasquez just didn't want to bother with it anymore. I've heard that he gets bored with his creations very easily, though I'm not positive. Although I do stand by most of what I've said as I've heard the commentary and these are the words from the cast's lips.
Anyway this is just my point of view on things. i still love your stamp! <3

I get that impression too, that he gets bored easily. Often he'll put a new spin on an answer he's given a thousand times already. Comes with the territory of being so creative, I guess.

I only recently got into Invader Zim so I haven't seen too many episodes, but from what I have seen I can see that the two are, indeed, mortal enemies. Why would anyone in their right minds pair the two together? I don't mind any sort of gay relationship, as long as it's in character, but seriously, Dib and Zim? What are people thinking here? They aren't even the same species, for crying out loud! We don't even know how irkens reproduce!
And about these abbreviations, I have no idea what they mean. The only one I know is ZADR, that's Zim and Dib, right? I see the other abbreviations and I just draw a blank.

*Le Gasp* But I liked season 2 so much better! The animation was better, the stories where better, it was on a whole new epic scale. That show only got cooler and cooler, and had it continued, rather than run out of ideas, they had a bunch of new ones all lined up! It would have been glorious... alas.

I like both of the seasons equally. But what I DON'T like, is what the fans did to the show >_<. This website is CHOCK FULL of ZADR, and other weird pairings.... and the THINGS they draw O_O...

I totally agree. Who wants to see their favorite characters, get slaughtered by their own fan-base? I admit to liking ZATR and DibxOC (Female OC only!) but those are not sick and I'm light on the romance. Liking a romance, that isn't in the show, is a fan thing, so-to-speak. Some like it others don't, and I respect all opinions whether I agree or not.
But who really wants to see people having sex? It's wrong. I don't mind homosexuality in the real world, but that's because people can't help who they fall in love with. But in a case like this, characters have been set up for you and you should at least respect the creator and not mangle them in horrible ways. Unfortunately, some of us missed the memo.
And don't get me started on how creepy M-preg is. Dib or Zim.
Even though the show had a short run, Dib definitely should have gotten more victories than he did. Whether it be against Zim or someone else.

Yes, he should have, even if only because they were both standing in each other's way. The first episode screwed it up so that many viewers were biased against Dib right from the start.
