everybody falling down

This is for my gallery at The Dark Arts. Recently- or yesterday- I discovered a man named Nick Dresti. Better known as Space Cowboy. I love him. So I made this. It's free style. There are alternative versions of this one piece seeing the blending of the hair was the worst ever.

But really the only reason as to why his hair looks weird in places is because the image was more focussed on his face, not his hair or his shoulders in the back parts. Eep, I got a reason for everything, eh?

If you hate it, that's not my fault.

Thank you, love. xD

The blending is too soft, and it seems that his face is more focused upon so then his hair looks all distorted and such. My only concern.

Thanks! It's selective colouring and minor texture work.

Well, it's not called Selective Colouring in GIMP- you can't really do that in GIMP. But there are alternative ways to doing so. Way that look sort of look like it. I'll make a tutorial on it. It's long-ish. But very easy to explain... First tutorial. 0_0
