Description
This action looks best when used with soft blue images or red accented images. If you come across any problems--like the action stopping and making the whole image white--just notify me. I'm not sure why it keeps doing that on certain images.

In Photoshop, you can add colour fill layers, colour adjustments, anything while recording the movements in the actions palette. Or something to that effect.
