That depends. =] if it's to raise awareness or for charity, then no problem... however, if you're using it to advertise something, or if you're receiving any money in return for your services, then it would be considered commercial use. Therefore, I will be asking a small $5.00CAN/US payment.
Let me know if the details, (What you're using it for etc.) I get so many people just disappearing once they've read my terms regarding 'commercial use.' Whether you decide you're going to use my brushes or not, I wish you the very best with your flyer promo~
