I'm rather disappointed by the lack of Countess Dooku interpretations on the 'net, because thinking about Dooku makes me happy. And most female Grievous interpretations...not to my taste.
I would imagine that Countess Dooku would be a stylish lady - the outfit I have her in is a black halter dress, armor-weave cape, elbow-length gloves, and stilettos. Even at 80 years of age she'd be stunning, charismatic, a great sword fighter - no wonder she could sway so many systems to join the Separatists.

As for Grievous, the main difference would be voice and body language. Less Hammy Russian Man, more like Rem www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnV8da… and a little more delicacy when making arm gestures. I meant to give this design wider hips, a rounder chest, and longer legs than TCW and movie Grievous but ended up drawing the usual General. This version of Grievous would wear pure white armor as a symbol of her purity of intent (revenge). I added a red ribbon on the earfin. Maybe it was the ribbon Ronderu used to tie the topknot on her wig.

These two would be closer than the Count was with the General. I don't think Countess Dooku would order a useful mind to be stripped of its "humanity" (Grievous was ruthless in the first place) so the General would be more fun to have deep conversations with and be willing to help her if she falls down the stairs.

I recently got into an anime called Kill la Kill that has an authoritarian student body president and her fashionable CEO mother. They reminded me of Grievous and Dooku - and Ragyo Kiryuin's theme song is very Dooku: blood-heroine.tumblr.com/post/…
