What more can I say?Well, this is probably the fastest CG I've ever done. Around 3 hours, I'd say.

I am much busy myself also (exams are coming up for me and I have to finish the requests and giftarts but I'll try to make room for your one)
An Art Trade would be awesome but might as well Devwatch 
Jarruus would be wearing a Camo boxing shorts and army green boxing gloves. He'll remove the plates on his arms but keep the arm gloves on for 'safety' reasons. Dunno with the footwear though, any suggestions?
I've checked the refsheet and I remembered that I faved it long ago. I'll try to get your character as right as possible. If there's something wrong with the way I drew him, tell me and I'll correct it as much as possible.
also, I can't wait to see more of your stuff in your gallery

As for footwear for Jarrus, army boots would be fine to complement the army colors.

Don't worry, he doesn't use weapons in a boxing or wrestling arena, he thirsts for a challenge. But this guy is pretty tough in hand to hand combat
