Hope you don't mind me asking, but what are YOU doing to get into recovery?

what do you mean "to get into recovery?"
recovery starts with a mindset you don't "get into it" it happens...

sometimes it happens later on after you officially "start recovery" but it happens.

if you are referring to "what am I doing to help myself in recovery?" I have to recover in outpatient- because my insurance doesn't care how terminal I may be- it doesn't cover IP care.
soooo I see a nutritionist, three therapists (2 are talk therapists and one is an art therapist), a general doctor and I have the support of my family and friends- (and most of all, my boyfriend)

I am also an eating disorder awareness advocate and I educate people on ED's.

I've been in recovery for 10 months so far and I've also gained 40lbs from when this photo was first taken!
I'm healthy, still struggling in my head- but their are good and bad days
