Description
Effect: The activation of your Dragon monsters' effects cannot be negated. Once Per turn, Dragon Monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, if a "Dragon Ruler" monster(s) is Normal or Special Summoned to your field: You can target 1 Spell/Trap on the field; banish 1 Dragon monster from your Deck, and if you do, destroy that target.Another card used in the episode "Test of Loyalty"
