Great job on this entry. Wonderfull work ! I adore the sweetness in your concept. I think perhaps a bit too much blue overlay on the skin in comparison with the very colorful fish , but otherwize great job. Good luck in the challenge !

I just looked through your gallery, and I must say, this is your best thus far! You have a knack for good ideas and composition, and everything you've learned in manipulating shows in this one. The only thing I see that could be changed is her hair. If she was swimming her hair would go side ways, but sitting still it should be going up. I like the way you rendered her hair, just would have like to have seen it in an upward position. Otherwise, this is beautiful!

My idea with the hair was that she was sitting in fairly shallow water and the current would swirl around, making bubbles and lifting her hair gently. Thanks for the comments.

And it reminds me of what people look like at the bottom of the swimming pool - saturated and washed out of natural colour.

This is pretty, the only thing that disturbs me is the blue color, which is WAY too saturated for my taste. The composition is good, though.
