I have a two-year-old of my own and I created this image to capture how I often feel throughout the day as I rescue my child from random dangers. Thing is, he does not see the danger. It is a wide world of interesting and beautiful things to him. For a mother, the challenge is to know when to intervene and when to let a child learn through their own experiences.

What an imaginative idea! I know how you feel- I don't have children of my own, but I often take care of my nieces. This image captures the perspective of a child filled with wonder and a watchful protector trying to make sure that wonder isn't taken away too soon!
