Whoa, talk about generation gaps.
This is a simple concept: the 2001 anime series 00-numbers meet the 1966 anime series 00-numbers (drawn in my style, as usual). The inspiration is interesting, though: I inspired it from a Ben Dunn drawing he did of the regular Marvel comic characters meeting their Marvel Mangaverse counterparts in a character-cascade just like this one.
And of course, I love shounen-007's expression to jiji-007 and vice-versa.

2K1 005: Considering on how most of them have been behaving perhaps its for the best.

2K1 009: Nice white and red ensemble, though how come your the only one with a long scarf?
60s 009: Because I'm the star of the show you should try the red-white ensemble as well it would look good on you.

Wow, great job on this. I especially like your 006 and 001 renditions. It is funny to see the difference. I really wish I could find more about the original 60s version, it's such a great series.

this is realy freaky. 002 didnt have red hair ( hes the best by the way), 004 has pupils, 007 was a girl, 001 flew around in a ??pot is it??. but i have come to 1 conclusion............. the 2001 sries was better. ya' nkow i with the'd put it on again.

So I guess the 2001 anime is closer to the original artwork by Ishinomori than the 1966 version, eh?
