Description
One of my favorite characters from the Legend of Korra, the Lieutenant! Loved his overall design. I know he gets his butt handed to him a few times, but he dishes it out pretty well, especially for a non-bender.Tried making the color contrast higher than the stuff I usually do. I'm intending to add more to this soon, once I get a couple more illos out of the way… cross your fingers.
