those sections are already in the code...in the HTML ...just replace what I have in there with what you want.

I tried to downlod it and both the CSS and the HTML files are unknown file types and I can't open them or view them with notepad in order to get the code. Am I doing something wrong?

sorry for the late reply....Did you get it to work? If not...send m your email in a note and ill send you the code again....no one has had any problems as of yet though and its been used quite a bit.

NVM - I opened notepad then pointed and i got it, then saved as. But the original file is an unknown file type. Thank you!

However, I have used this journal in my account [link] . I like therefore as it is, I have not changed nothing, also why the red is my preferred color 
With Internet Explorer the wings of the heart are cut towards left, but it goes well equally.
