a 2nd version of my second idea for windows rome.the start button is in a pressed down state with the above menus opening when you press it.

I think this would be great for mobile systems, or a fullscreen app for tablet PCs. Honestly, it looks like a good OS for low-end computers owned by non-tech-savvy users. Generally, I love it, though

Agree with ~liviopl, I think this is far too simplistic to work. I thought this was boot screen. As a desktop, this really doesn't have too much functionality unless you plan on doing everything in Windows Explorer. If that wheel works the way I think it would take way too much time to find a program.

Why not round the corners on the windows and buttons, so they look "more futurisitic"?
