Sleep paralysis is the inability to move or speak immediately after waking up. It happens when a person wakes up before REM sleep is finished.

Ooh I had sleep paralysis once and it was very scary experience. I could hear everything around me, and I could still see part of my dream where someone is chasing me
I love how you did this piece. The models pose is awesome and love the elements you add around her. I could feel the pressure on her and that she is experiencing sleep paralysis.

Yeah, Roosa, sleep paralysis can be so scary, I had few times in my life too, it happens especially to the people with fever ... Remember you can always tell yourself that you can fly and it works

After the sleep paralysis i suggest to drink a good belladonna or mandragora so ends all
The beautiful scene describe perfectly the disease! Also the version with ladders was a good alternative!
your method superman is a great idea! Personally when i have a bad dream, i use the method i am telling myself its a dream So if it is an horror dream, i can stay in the dream to see the end because i like horror movies going out topic, Horror movies are therapeutics because helps to exorcise fears, i watch them for years

And I agree there is nothing more therapeutic than good horror movie - I am a biggest fan of it too! telling yourself that this is a dream is another very effective method and I am serious!
