Very nice. Quick Attack, Fire Wheel, Ice Beam, and what not, and you'd be set well. Maybe protect to bounce off the ground spells, to ensure no weaknesses, eh? Thinking of doing any evolutions?

just put the same markings on the back feet as well as the front feet
the other thing is make the body a bit smaller and less long ( i know thats worded terribly )
