I remember learning about MPD in my psychology class. It kind of reminds me of the gem shards in SU and how they were forcefully fused together. Kinda deep if you ask me.

It's very interesting how you can use a disorder and create a persona for it, I've hardly seen people do that XD I could imagine this monster switching heads everytime it switches personality, so this is quite a cool concept! ^u^
I have a persona for society, and I plan to do a reality persona. X)
