nope. I usually draw the sketch by hand and scan them. I use adobe photoshop for cg. it's a software. ^^

oh ok, but it looks really good. i have photoshop 7.0 and i cant get that good out of my sketches lol

I'm not really an expert with it though. it's just about experimenting. ^^
just for tips I usually use this commands in adobe photoshop
image > mode > grayscale
image > adjustments > levels
filter > blur > (whatever works)
regarding colors I usually use ordinary brushes. their modes are usually in darken or multiply (when shading.) with varying opacity and flow depending on your style. coloring could be done via mouse but it's more difficult than having a tablet. some artists use layers. but I don't. ^_^
