Species: Teslite

Hair: Violet-blue, waist-length, done in thunderbolt-shaped twintails

Eye colour: Azure with lightning bolt-shaped pupils

Skin color: White

Abilities:

- Can generate tons of electricity
- Can control her tesla globe orbs to have them function as companion fighters (or "options")

Weaknesses:

- Her electricity can't damage whatever's made of rubber.
- If she uses her electricity in a place where there are lightning rods that are connceted to the ground, it will become attracted to them instead.

Personality: Neonelle is a calm and methodical woman who prefers to think about her strategies before combat, before then acting on them. She also detests Electyrant's twisted nature, seeing her as someone who needs to be dealt with as quickly as possible, not to mention she's a bit troubled about the fact she can't fit through narrow passageways due to her body shape.

Summary: A Teslite from the planet Electra, Neonelle came from a family where most of the female Teslites were given a spherical shape to hold a vast amount of electricity within their bodies. Upon hearing of the crazed Electyrant's escape from prison, her family panicked and sent her to live on Earth for her own safety. Upon arriving, she then found an old substation and made it into her new home.
