I totally love your character and it really lends itself for cosistency. As for me, my characters never look the same, because a.) I can't, and b.) I don't want to. Because I'm both lazy and don't feel like making characters 100% each time I draw them. Sometimes I roll the dice and completely change them whenever I feel like.
but that's for everyone their own, I love how you put so much personality in this character by such relatively "simple" elements. Good job! I think your consistency is noteworthy indeed
