Blazblue: Cross Tag Battle. To think how much hype everyone had for this game last year when it was annouched. that RWBY woud get a real-world wide start in the gaming industry. And now long before the game is planned to be realeased, they come right out and say firmly that we will only get half of the bloody packet, Including the half of team RWBY. But, Am I still planning on buying and playing the game despise these outragous news? Yes.ΒArtwise, this is kinda what I expect the girls will feel about it in the future...

THE FACT THAT IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR YEARS DOES NOT MAKE IT OK, YOU COMPLACENT CORPORATE DRONE! I remember better times, when content was hidden behind certain challenges you had to accomplish. Now, you have to pay for Season Passes, Deluxe Editions, Microtransactions, DLC AND Lootboxes to have a CHANCE at gaining the full experience. If you honestly think selling a game that locks HALF of it's content behind a paywall, with 20 chatacters for 60 Dollars and then charging 5 Dollars each for ANOTHER 20 (making the DLC COST MORE THAN THE DAMN GAME), is acceptable, then you're a fucking idiot! This is like giving us only half of the Ninja Turtles and asking us to pay for the other half! IT'S DISGRACEFUL!

Maybe it's because I typically don't play multiplayer, but I have never encountered anything stopping me from enjoying the game. None of the base game content is locked away, some just takes a while to unlock, but then games like World of Warplanes are no different, doesn't stop people from enjoying them.

The guys behind the new BlazBlue said they would put 40 characters into their roster. It turns out people will have to pay extra for 20 of them. What part of this don't you understand, braindead corporate monkey?
I only said DLC costs more about the game through the example said by the comic. Because if you multiply 20 characters by 5 dollars each, it amounts to 100 dollars, which is higher than the 60 dollar price tag of the base game.
I used the Ninja Turtles as an example to show you how STUPID this practice is. The game is about to feature characters from the RWBY series, namely Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang (hence RWBY). The game will give players only 2 of those, and the other 2 will be DLC. AND THEY'RE THE MAIN CHARACTERS OF THE SHOW. Thus, this is as scummy as giving you only half of the Ninja Turtles amd selling you the other two seperately. Do you get it now?

If it's Destiny 2 or Star Wars Battle front 2: EA, then the single player there is boring and shitty. Half of the fun in a fighting game like BlazBlue is in the multiplayer THERE ARE ENTIRE TOURNAMENTS COVERING THIS KIND OF STUFF.

This is worse than Shadow or War, where they expect you to pay to get Orcs instead of finding them on your own, because finding them on your own has become really tedious and they have been made to die very easily so you can buy more, or Star Wars Battlefront 2, where you need to spend literally entire DAYS playing the game so you can buy Darth Vader. VADER. IS. AN. EXTRA. IN. A. FUCKING. STAR. WARS. GAME.
World of Warplanes is ENTIRELY different, you MORON! World of Warplanes is a FREE ONLINE GAME. I'm more than willing to pay for extra content in a game like that, because it's a FREE GAME. BlazBlue ISN'T a free game. They're selling it for 60 to 40 dollars! I'm paying full-price, so I expect the full game! It's as simple as that!
It ultimately comes down to this: These microtransactions have stopped becoming extras and are seeping into the core gameplay. And it's clueless idiots like you who perpetuate this. Also, they're not "extras". They were already created and cut from the game DELIBERATELY so they could be sold again. An 'extra" is implied to be something that wasn't planned for, but you put it in now. This isn't an expansion pack, where you made new content to put in a game. This is taking AWAY content and selling it seperately. And then there's Star Wars Battlefront 2: EA, where all the hero characters locked behind a paywall. I shouldn't have to pay 5 dollars more to play as LUKE FUCKING SKYWALKER IN A FUCKING STAR WARS GAME!
