She's so cute! If at 26 weeks with quadruples she is already this size, I imagine how she should stay in the end! The more she tries to get out of this situation, the bigger she gets, hahahahaha. Great job, Dim!

I wonder if she'll get up to 40 weeks...she'll probably go into labour a little bit before that. As for making her super huge, I'll save that for the Patreon Deluxes, just so I can keep the canon (not that Janet has much of one lol) neat and tidy.
