I am victim to a condition known as "bruxism". That is to say that I grind my teeth. A lot.

heh, my dentist keeps telling me I most likely grind my teeth when I sleep (and I do). but I also do that when im thinking, stressed, annoyed, etc, etc <|D

i apparently grind my teeth at night. then again, i can believe it since i sometimes wake up with my teeth clenched, and how badly worn down my molars are
