This is a picture of a character from my Marvel/Power Rangers/TMNT fanfiction story world.
This is a picture of Julie Power, Lightspeed, from Power Pack. She is the daughter of James Power, a renowned scientist and inventor. When one of her father's inventions accidentally transported the alien known as Aelfyre Whitemane, a member of the humanoid Equine Kymellian race into their own basement when the device was accidentally activated. The presence of Whitemane attracted the attention of a race known as the Z'nrx (mispronounced as Snarks by humans), vicious reptilian humanoids who were at war with the Kymellian's, and where tracking Whitemane in order to try and abduct his Super Powers. Mortally wounded in a Snark Ambush, Whitemane passed his powers onto the Powers children before they could steal his powers, granting each sibling one of his Four Fundamental powers, Gravity, Energy, Velocity and Density.
Julie, the eldest Power Child, 16 at the time she got her powers, received the power of Velocity, gaining the ability to fly and run at super speeds, leaving a rainbow coloured trail of light in her wake when she used her powers. She also has an accelerated healing power, though it heals injuries that would take weeks to heal in days, not minutes.
Julie, as the oldest of the siblings, and by default is expected to be the most responsible, looking after her younger siblings. She is also a dedicated student and studies hard to keep her grades up, always thirsting for knowledge.
I did switch up the age of the Power Children from normal, as I made Julie oldest, while making Jack the youngest, mostly to shift the dynamics of the family a little, giving Julie the responsibilities of the eldest and making Jack the mischievous youngest.
I drew Julie here in her normal costumes, her alternate costume and her normal costume. Her Costume is made of special material given to the back by Whitemane, and can be hidden under her clothing, revealing itself with mental command. Though its colour and symbol represent her powers, at least by Kymellian standards, its shape can shift with Julie's whims, thus she can and and remove fabric mentally. The Fabric always fits her, even when she grows.
