Well, after going on and on about my Fan Fiction story Universe that combines Spider-Man, Power Rangers and the Teen Age Mutant Ninja Turtles at the start of any picture related to them, I've realized I never have done a single Ninja Turtles related piece of Art
beyond Lather Head when I did my New Avengers. I've mentioned mutagen and even the Foot Clan Ninjas, but no characters beyond the one. So here's a start, as well as hearing a bit of the plot line of my TMNT Neo story.
I'm not sure how well I could draw the Turtles proper (and I'm debating to leave them as is or make them look more like actual turtles). But for now, here's quite the important character, April O'Neil.
April is a normal human being with nothing spectacular about her life until she became associated with four mutant turtles.
April was fledgling investigative journalist working in New York City, doing a piece on a string of crimes and tying the pieces together that there might be a mastermind behind a string of thefts otherwise attributed to local hooligans. When she started getting too close, however, the mastermind struck, and send a bunch of thugs to silence her in anyway they could.
April fought back, for she's no push over when it comes to self defence, but the thugs were overwhelming in numbers. She was almost beaten when she was suddenly rescued by four mysterious vigilantes, later revealed to be the Ninja Turtles. Freaking out, she hit her head on a pipe, and was taken to Turtle's sewer layer to recover. There she met the Turtles master, a rat called Splinter, and from him, was told of the turtle's origin's. From that point on, she became the Turtles friends and confidant, keeping their existence to herself for as long as they could remain hidden.
It is eventually revealed that the Mastermind that tried to have her silenced was a man known as the Shredder, head of the American branch of the Foot Ninja Clan, and a master criminal with plans for New York City. The Shredder had slain Splinter's master Hamato Yoshi, and so the Turtles became Shredder and the Foot Clan's new rivals. April became an enemy of the Foot Clan too, a constant beacon of justice, reporting on the Clan's misdeeds and bringing them to the public eye.
In a bit of a twist, thanks to the crossover nature of this universe, April is not a TV reporter in this, but an investigator for News conglomerate the Daily Bugle, thus making J. Jonah Jameson her boss and is sometimes paired with Peter Parker as her photographer. The two are great work friends, but little do they know of the others links to the heroes of New York City.
April is an expert in engineering and electronics as well, but chose to make a career of her love for journalism. Thus she's no stranger to fixing or building complex inventions, and sometimes helps Donatello work on his own inventions.
She also inherited and owns an Antiques shop from her family, a shop she lives over but rarely opens to sell anything because of her busy life and first career. With the shop comes many antiques, some of which have been the target of more then one villain.
Though April was no slouch in combat, she eventually got trained by Master Splinter in combat similar to the Turtles, and became an adapt warrior herself, able to hold her own alongside the Turtles and their allies.

Sometime when investigating a plot involving Shredder and his plot to use new Mutants, April was exposed to a vat of experimental mutagen, and was exposed to a common house cat, becoming a cat mutant with a weakened mental state. In this state, she attacked the Turtles, but eventually turned on Shredder and his other mutants. April was eventually cured of her condition, due to the unstable nature of the mutagen, but the end result was that the
cat who mutated her became humanoid itself instead.

So here I have April in her normal clothes, her yellow battle outfit (based on the one from the CGI TMNT movie), her bikini, and in the form she had when she mutated into a cat mutant.
