Description
This is a picture I made of a character from my Power Rangers Neo Story, Dulcea. Dulcea was a powerful warrior from long ago who became the wife of the powerful warrior spirit Ninjor, and became ageless as a result. When Ninjor left Earth after the defeat of his mortal enemy, Youkai Daimou Master Vile, Dulcea went with him to the lost planet Phaedos. Dulcea was met on the planet of Phaedos when the Rangers came to the planet to gain new powers after they lost their powers when Ivan Ooze destroyed the Command Centre. She give them the power of the Ninja in order to have help passing the trials set forth by Ninjor, the guardians of the great power and creator of the Power Coins. When the Rangers pass the tests, both Ninjor and Dulcea come with the Rangers to Earth to help defeat Ivan Ooze. After the defeat of Ooze, they stick around to help defeat Master Vile when he surfaces in the wake of Ivan Ooze's defeat. Together with Ninjor, they help the Rangers fight off Master Vile and his Youkai Army Corps.
Dulcea is a powerful and skilled warrior, able to wield a staff skillfully and project disruptive energy waves. She possesses many skills as a ninja, and can become her own spirit animal, an owl.
