Ok! So I know I said last time that I would try to complete at least one piece a month, but I kind of underestimated just how much other work I had to do. Sorry about that. :')
I've been a bit busy the past two months because I've been working on the final project for my animation class. It was a group project so I didn't have to do everything myself, but as usual even though we tried our best to be prepared and keep a schedule we still ran out of time and were rushing to finish. It all turned out pretty well in the end though.
So now that I'm done with the class I'll have a whole lot more free time, and hopefully that means I can draw more.

This started out as a quick sketch just because I wanted to draw Joe again, but then I decided to paint it. I experimented some more with layer settings (multiply and overlay mostly) for some of the basic lighting and shading, then painted the details over top. Not too sure about some of the colors but at least it's something different.
