And I do know the difference between insulting art and doing a good critique to help deviantARTist to get better. Just saying "Your Art sucks" Don't fucking tell me how to get better. those persons are shame for Deviant society, so theres a little stamp to tell things. And alert a bit persons with no culture about how to live.

They might ignore it, but still, they can be easily block from our userpage, hidden or flagged as spam. So theres an alert for them if they do so.

A critique does help to improve, whether it's negative or positive... But negative comments no and negative and positive comments are so lame at long term.
