Description
Here's ILovetheTalkingClock (Or TickTock) in their Lightside form, better known as TimekeeperThis Lightside form can be used both by TickTock's human form and Techtoon form. Appearance-wise, the only difference between the Lightside form of the human and Techtoon forms is that the Lightside form changes to suit the form's anatomy. As a Techtoon, Timekeeper can use their cartoony abilities and also use the Timepire's abilities at will, however, when using the Timepire's abilities, they'll be unable to use their weapon or their Lightside form's abilities. As a human, Timekeeper can use the Lightside form's abilities easier, but the Timepire's abilities are uncontrollable unless prompted by activating the finisher.
The Keybadge they use to transform into this form is the Clock Keybadge. The Keybadge's abilities include Enhanced sight and nightvision, gliding, temporary hypnosis (beings are hypnotized for 10 seconds), and flight when using the Timepire's abilities or during a finisher, where the cape turns into wings.
The weapon of choice for Timekeeper is the Ink Cannon/Ink-Saw. The Ink Cannon is a long ranged weapon that can shoot blasts of ink with different attributes such as sticky ink, electric ink, and flammable ink. The Ink-Saw is a chainsaw that can cut cleanly through steel and can use the ink fired by the Ink Cannon for special attacks.

Is your character based off Bendy's Ink Machine?

The character's power was kinda obvious because of the weapons. No offense.

None taken, but not everything with ink and 20's cartoons is Bendy. The thing is cartoons were all made with ink in the 20's.
