Description
This is Kes from Star Trek Voyager. She is an Ocampa, and is in this pic about two years old. The Ocampa only live for 9 years. Sadly, she didn't "live" that long. She became a being of pure energy...basically because the writers wanted to make room for another character. Poo.Digital Painting.

Thanks...me too. She looked so babyish...but was one strong woman....and a strong character.
But 7 turned out to be a fav of mine too and I always felt like Jerri Ryan did her justice and kept her from just being an that "borg babe"

Unfortunately, I have never seen Star Trek Voyager, so I don't know who Kes is hehe.
I do know that this is an amazing piece of art tho Becky, and it's great to see you creating and sharing again .

well best of luck with the changes, i know sometimes mine is that way. but when i have problems it's either pixels or how the photoshops on each other comptuer are set up with color schemes. but best of luck.

Beautiful painting - quite serene (which is best, since she torched this room at some point) and childlike. Perfect for the character.

Oh wow...is that when she comes back at one point...seems there was also some destruction of the plants when she met those other Ocampa that had managed to re-find their mental powers and also live for 20 years....due to the female caretaker.

Yeah, the destruction of the plant room is that ep where they meet the female Caretaker. She also does some damage to poor Tuvok in that ep. Too bad she never used that power for something constructive ^_^! Anyway, when she comes back, the only thing I remember is her going near the warp core for some reason.

Yeah...she is supposed to come back, holding a grudge. I suppose I would have a grudge if a Borg shoved me out of my job too. 
But I do like Seven of Nine...I just wish they could have both stayed...and no I wouldn't want Harry to go either.
