Description
Another commission ror a long-time patron, this time from Wizard World/Chicago Comicon 2009. I wasn't able to do this one at the show, so I did a rare take-home on it. I'm not familiar with Black Lagoon, but it looks like fun.Related content

You aren't familiar with Black Lagoon.....hmm and here I imagined Kate sounding like Revy from that series(voice would be about the same, and they are both aggressive characters, but even being a werewolf, Kate isn't quite as vicious as Revy....)

Maybe a little. Definitely more cruel. Kate's no-nonsense, but doesn't kill for sport.

Exactly, and even Kate-wolf is running on instinct(and that one time was self-defense) Revy is consciously aware of all that she does, and to a certain extent seems to even enjoy it....in a way, Revy is more of monster than Kate is even though Kate is a "werewolf"

Roberta! By far my favorite character from the series. If you like the "girls with guns" genre of movies, Black Lagoon is an excellent representation.

The armed character in the maid outfit...She somehow reminds me of Baby Bonnie Hood (aka. Bulleta) from the Darkstalkers trilogy.

Very nice rendition of the characters - especially Roberta.
Black Lagoon is definitely worth a look if you enjoy series like Gunsmith Cats.
