I'm not sure what you mean by that. Population or something? In any case, it's really not. Alberta has a low population which makes it low-bar when it comes to elections... but due to the oilsands over here, we make the majority of the profit.

Well, again, no. Our population is severely diminished in the west, it's more located on the east of Canada.
You'll likely meet lots of people from Alberta because it's the wealthier country. Ergo, more travel and more time for... internets? I dunno.
