Description After not submitting anything for nearly three months now, it apparently took a hurricane for me to get my motivation back.

As for what's going on here...I really don't know, but I thought it was a cool idea anyway.

I was going to color it traditionally at first, but decided to go digital after realizing that I didn't have the right green to color Servine with. But that's cool. It came out much better looking, and I think I'm getting better at using Gimp.

Since I became a fan of Pokemon (which was what, fourteen years ago? ), I've always had this fascination for the second stage starters, from Ivysaur all the way until Dewott. As a result of that, I could never pick a favorite among them. Apparently, the only exception was Pignite, whom I just can't seem to like as much as the rest. Why that is still eludes me.

But in any case, yeah, I'm still active, just extremely demotivated.

Looks great, personally I like the 1st, and last stages.

I'm kind of meh on most of the middle stages, save for Quilava, and Torracat, they're awesome!

I have to say that I like both lines, despite me not liking snakes, I adore Snivy to Serperior.

Sea lions are not that interesting in real life, but I just love Oshawott's line!

Maybe people like the Tepig line because they're based on pigs, a lot of people like pigs🤷‍♀️.

Doesn't hurt that in Pokepark, their line is seen as kind as they are strong, and they're really strong!

It's great to see another generation 5 lover, I see too much hate, and not enough love for the generation!

Thank you very much.

I dunno, I've just always had this tendency to gravitate toward 2nd stage starters. I still remember thinking that Ivysaur, Charmeleon, and Wartortle were the coolest Pokemon ever back when I first played Blue version.

And yes, I have to say, I really do love Gen 5 . Though to be fair, I can see why people give it a hard time, especially since there was a deviation in the style and designs people were used to. But hey, I wouldn't expect any less from a region that was based on the Big Apple.

You're welcome! 😁

I started at Diamond, but never really was looking at stuff like that save for "oooh Glameow is a kitty, I want one!"

To be fair I was around 11, and I am still like that today! 😅 "Ooh, Litten's a Kitten, I want it!"

Yeeessss!

Hmm, I guess I see it too, new stuff always has some haters, especially stuff that was a particular way.

I was fine with that, the only thing in the new games I didn't like was the cry change in X and Y-Eevee sounds so different now!

Haha, yep! 😆

Yeah, the Tepig family is surprisingly popular from what I see. I dunno, I just didn't seem to catch on...

Thanks.
