pretty much, I mean the light pink would like look an absence of pigment exposing its blood vessels cause the skin is sort of transparent, sort how something under developed would be I'd imagine, under developed like a fetus, it often assumes the fetal position in its like bubble, soooooo yea idk it all makes so much sense all the sudden

Well, also he's the primary form of life Arceus created and evolved into the Pokemรณn and humans, that turns him into a fetus, and the cat form probably is because of his name.
