Another shading job I did. This time it was of 's great line drawing BFFs .

The art shows Rie (in her Delmo days) with her assistant and close friend Melinda, better known as "the glasses Delmo from trial 6". In this particular scene, Rie's explaining her plan to lure Aika in for Operation Silver Wild Grapevine. The two of them met shortly after Rie joined the corp and bonded over their mutual status as outsiders within the Delmogeny, and the fact that they both have developmental disorders. (Rie has ADHD, while Melinda is mildly autistic.) Their friendship continued with Rie's promotion.

After the events of trial 7, both Rie and Melinda drifted away from the Delmogeny corp, and ultimately both were able to eventually turn their lives around and reform themselves.
