Badly colored I must say I still dont know much about photoshop... and I was too lazy to use the pen tool to trace the outline and do other form of coloring...

Hooray for supernatural powers!

General overview of his abilities: (really not worth reading)

-He can manipulate all liquids as long as they contain a sufficient % of water as a component (in other words, he can manipulate orange juice 8D)

-He can concentrate water vapor from the air, generating liquid water out of moisture. Obviously, the more humidity there is the more water he can condensate (if he's in a desert, he's pretty much screwed)

-While he can manipulate water molecules in each of its' states, he lacks considerable control over their molecular kinetic energy. This means that while he can manipulate ice and steam he is unable to produce them at will. He still needs lots of training to gain this missing ability.

-In emergency cases, he can use the water from his body cells as a reserve of sorts. He can only use a tiny bit of water this way, however, as an overuse of this skill leads to quick dehydratation which is certainly not fun!

-His left eye glows blue when he uses his powers. Why? I dont know and really dont care 8U

The ironic part of all this is that I cant swim well X(
