My one big criticism would be that this resembles some generic emotional poetry. The theme is more/less common. But my only advice with that is to take your ideas further and expand. ^^

It's a nice view into somebody's thoughts, especially this quote.

Nice contrast between one world of pain and another.

Thank you I know it's a fairly generic theme, I wasn't going for originality or anything, this was a feelings poem. How I felt at the time.
