Edit: I would LOVE to add more games to this stamp. However, I've lost the PSD or overwritten it somehow so I'd have to make an entire new stamp, and to be honest I dont feel I need to right now.But! Leave the games you'd like to see added in the comments and when I do remake it, I'll have a look at including it!
I HATE HATE HATE it when people write off a game because it's not realistic enough.
Most of you know this already to be my most HATED thing of all time. Other than cheese.
People dont like Wind Waker, Mario, Okami, Pokemon etc because the graphics dont show up every hair folicle on the goddam face.
There's a time and place and genre for realistic games.
I dont hate realism, my goodness, I love Resident Evil for gods sake.
But because people bitch too much about unrealistic graphics, here's my opinion about it.
My biggest irk is Wind Waker. It is probably one of the TOP Zelda games, and yet people look down on it because of it being cel shaded. It is a stunning game.
Thank god for games such as the upcoming Tales of Vesperia and the recently released Madworld.
And where would we be without Pokemon? It's a revolutionary RPG beneath the childish demeanor, changing the ye olde Black Magick/White Magicke fantasy RPG entirely.
Dont anyone start bitching onto me about how lame I am for not liking realism in games.
I do like realism in games, but I hate it when people cant open their eyes to other types of graphics.

I don't think every game should have realism b/c the unrealistic and 'bad' graphics DEFINE that game, it's that game's style and what makes it unique.
This game is made of win! (If I have a premium membership, I'd use this stamp everywhere!)

Yep, people can be ignorant to what makes a game good, i.e. story. But then again, people will buy stuff like Modern Warfare 2 and put up with half a story, barely any plot, and 4 hours of gameplay for £50.

also they lack out of Scenario, Gameplay and misc Stuff

In other Hand, games with Anime/Cartoon/Normal Like Graphics, are more fun and enjoyable ^_^
(like Wind Waker and Tales of Symphonia, Cell-Shades Graphics are awesome

Hear hear! If the game's fun to play and the storyline is good, then who cares if the graphics aren't realistic? I've always said gaming is about enjoying the experience, and while the graphics may be part of said experience, they're not the biggest, most important thing.
Thank you so much for this stamp. I'm so tired of people looking down on games (Wind Waker, especially) for being "graphical eyesores" or "not realistic enough".

here here...I'm in complete agreement. Too many good games get written off of because the graphics stink...this goes double for the old games. I would just like to say that you can't judge an old game's graphics based on today's graphics.

Exactly! I still play oldies despite graphics. What normally turns me off older games is the gameplay if they've had such an improving sequel (i.e Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow I dont enjoy as much anymore, but I could still easily play Pokemon Gold/Silver)

at least I've never met anyone who hates Okmi, if they did, THEY'DE GET FINGERS TO THE FACE! I mean, low graphics for todays standard, but SHEESH this game was the best game I've ever played! It is THE best game I have, and it doesn't matter the graphic-levle, it is still an amazing game, so is WInd Waker and everything else

EXACTLY. Now, thing is, I am a Sonic-and-Kirby-and-Meta-Knight obsessor, and I am one of the biggest fans ever. Most of my fanfiction is on those two things. However, if I had the choice:
Okami or Sonic and Kirby? I'd pick Okami for sure (though it would be tough because I DO still like the other two)

Though I like good graphics, I always thought that the most important thing about videogames is that you have fun with them. That's the reason I love Dynasty Warriors (that have some pretty realistic graphics) and the reason I love anything from Gust (and Atelier Iris and Mana Khemia are full of 2D chibis fighting). They are fun to play. And that's what is important.

Yeah, I keep repeating myself over and over in my head but the last time I checked, a game was for fun, not to be 100% deadly serious about. Fair enough, taking it seriously and being a big fan, but enjoy it to play it.
People shun the Wii because it lacks 'serious' games and graphical power, but I've had more fun on a Wii than any other home console!
Other than maybe the N64 lol

The problem I have with Nintendo is that the only games that I like from them are the Fire Emblem games... And I'm not going to buy the Wii just for one game (well... TWO games). Totally! I mean, just look at Final Fantasy VII. The graphics are, well, not good, but many people don't know that this game brought the RPG to Europe and America. Plus the story and character developement are overwhelming, and if you want to finish the game 100% you'll probably have your hands full for, say, 150 hours at least?

I was so disappointed when Crisis Core only provided, like, 20-30 hours of gameplay D: Though the rest of the game was so amazingly awesome I think I'll forgive Squeenix yet again XD 'Sides, 20-30 hours is the limit for a nice long game, I should think. Anything below that just doesn't fit it XD

I like to make a game last as long as possible, I'm one of those have-to-explore-everything-even-if-it's-nothing type gamers haha.
Thats why I like playing Zelda and Resident Evil (the older ones anyway) 8D

Yup. Well, if you really wanna do all 300 missions I guess you can add some hours, but still. It really won't add up to anything much more than forty. Shame really, because they could have made it a lot more detailed. Sometimes the timeline skips, like, a month, whereas in other FFs they would have drawn out that time for HOURS.
And I'm one of the gamers too XD I always talk to everyone a million times and explore every corner and such. And yes, I always investigate every rock XD
