The bae deserves a full color, and as such marks my full color of November. Lot's of green, I tell you. Above is Samie's character, ... Samie. Anywho, she's originally a Sonic FC with plasma abilities, so for the picture's sake, I turned her into a furry with plasma abilities. She's both cool and hot. Her existence is a paradox.
Samie's birthday was on the 22nd, but I wasn't able to finish for that. It's been an extremely rough month. First, I accidentally reset my computer to early 2013, where I had to reinstall both my tablet and PaintTool Sai, and lost all my saved brushes in the process. Then, A virus struck my computer. InterYield. Ugh. It's not even all gone. It struck while I was working. With both events, I sort of lost motivation to be on my computer at all, and anytime I did use it was for Minecraft or Portal 2. Good thing everything's back on track for upcoming December!
Oh right, Samie. I had mailed her a package at the end of October to arrive for her birthday, which showed up a full 22 days early. There's been a huge gap for present times, but hopefully this makes up for it. ;u; The majority of this picture was done within the past few hours. My hands hurt so bad but I had a deadline and

12/4/14- I had finished this around midnight with tired eyes. Decided to fix up some lighting, make Samie's reflection not just an inverted picture of herself, and added some sparkles. Oh, yeah, random note to the picture: there are two constellations that can be made out in the sky, Scorpio and Sagittarius. Samie's birthday, being on the cusp of both zodiacs, leaves her with traits of both signs. *throws more sparkles*

I don't want to be that person but practice is the only way things can work. o: I started officially drawing things that weren't stick figures in 2008. Takes lots of time. Also don't worry- I used lots of bases, but something else that helps is tracing. Well I mean don't trace someone's artwork and post it. If you like the anatomy in the picture, pull it up in a software or print it out and trace it. Get a feel for anatomy. References are a huge help, too. Most of the time, I end up tracing pictures of my own hand to get it right. c: Sometimes I get my brother to pose so I have an idea of what I'm doing. The buildings were based off those on a river at night. The entire process takes so much time it's insane ahahahhaaaahaha
