Brown
Caused by bay, black and chestnut based horses
Tobiano alone will always have brown eyes
Overo and Sabino will have brown eyes unless the white touches the eye.
All appaloosas without splash, overo or sabino, will always have brown eyes.
Blue
Caused by double creams (Cremello, Perlino, Smoky Cream)
Splash causes blue eyes. Overo and Sabino will cause blue eyes if touching the eye
Blue Eye Mutation will cause blue eyes, extremely rare.
Amber "green"
Caused by the gene Pearl and Champagne
No other genetics will caused amber eyes.
