Ah yes...this seems a little strange huh? A comic from me. But, I honestly wanted to redraw something I made years ago. That would be this right here:www.deviantart.com/divinespiri…
I felt it could do with an update as well as expanding it. That's why you see the first page here. I still have yet to ever write this story Why Don't You Love Me. This comic is based off a scene from it. I just never got far in it. :/ But ah well, we do get more depth into it. Rapunzel has just broken out the news to Merida about how Eugene doesn't feel the same for Rapunzel. Truth be told, Eugene is still much older than her. Rapunzel's crush on him was considered puppy love because she found him attractive. But Eugene turned her down. Not only does he not feel the same but also he doesn't want to have a relationship with a girl at least 8 years younger than him. And Merida, being a good friend, is there to help out.
This is the first time I have ever drawn Eugene. I'm so sorry, Eugene! T-T I still adore him. I just never got around to drawing him. lol whoops. I do feel Merida looks a bit off in the second panel. But at least Rapunzel looks great, especially in the fourth panel. As I have said, drawing comics is okay, but it's coloring them that really makes it hard and long. It's why I don't always do them. -_-; But here is the first page. Second page will be coming soon...

there is a good age gap between them. If Rapunzel hasn't had another birthday in Tangled they left with her being 19 and him 26 or if she has had another birthday by season three she be 20 and he be as of Cassandra Revenge 26

I honestly feel their age Gap is a bit of a stretch. Not to mention they aren't that compatible. The series makes their relationship bland because Eugene doesn't have much of a personality anymore. He doesn't argue or even even fight Rapunzel. They're just a sappy happy couple that's kinda forced. It's why I ship Jackunzel so much. Also from what you're saying, it's like Eugene doesn't get older. If Rapunzel will be 20, Eugene will be 28. He's not going to be stuck at 26 for two years.

well I'm not one for crossovers but to each his own. And they did have a fight over Cass. But relationships don't go smoothly and they take work. But again its Disney. They want to make sure everyone gets a happy ending.
