Rapunzel feels downright guilty for what she did to Jack. She never meant to hurt him. And she realizes it was him she had loved all along, not Eugene. She has no clue how he feels while she pours her heart out. Maybe he hates her now and doesn't want anything to do with her. As much as it might hurt if that were true, at least she managed to tell him before he goes. However, he eases her fear by smiling gently at her and telling her that he forgives her and that he loves her too. The two share a kiss, their very first kiss, underneath the pouring rain. No more secrets. No more awkwardness. And no more doubts. Regardless of what the future lies ahead, they have each other to face it.And now, the redrawn part of the original comic. I like how it looks much better. Though I will admit, the sixth panel does look a bit odd. Also, kissing scenes are still freaking hard to do. Furthermore, you noticed that they are not as dark in the very last panel. Reason is, they are happy and the rain isn't affecting them in the slightest. It's like the sun had come out and is shining on them. I love this couple so much and I will continue to ship them when I am in my 70s dammit! I am really glad to finally get around to redrawing and coloring this comic. I hope it was worth it in the end. And I hope you all enjoyed it. Like I said, making these comics isn't easy. It takes a lot of effort and work. While my drawings are never perfect, I do try hard at making them, even if all of this is just purely for fun and enjoyment. Thank you all!

what i liked here is that you had no problem in to portray jack as a human being, since many other drawers and writters always prefer him in his spirit form,

I love both versions of him because he's the same character. But his brunette self doesn't get enough love. Plus this comic takes place in modern times where none of the characters have their powers. So it's natural that Jack and Rapunzel are their brunette selves.

People would say they like my old stuff simply for the nostalgia and that's nice. However, I much prefer my newer stuff because I like how I made it better.
I'm glad you think so. (: Sometimes I wish other people will see the same thing because coloring comics isn't easy. And I always feel my hardest work gets the least recognized.

Eugene isn't an ass. He's actually a sweet guy who can be snarky and has his own issues. I love Eugene. The issues I have with his and Rapunzel's relationship is that it's too bland and unrealistic. Or more like Eugene became bland. He becomes just a guy who wants to please Rapunzel at everything. And while that's sweet, it doesn't need to happen all the time, especially when he doesn't even think for himself. He and Rapunzel don't ever really argue in the series. Not to mention he's like 8 years older than her. She's still a young adolescent while he's a full grown man.
