Description
This is the Liotard LS-92, a steam powered sniper rifle which allows you to kill a Prussian soldier to 900 meters !_________________________________________
It took me about 8 hours to make with Solidworks 2012. It's the first time I design a steampunk object so please comment if you have advice or suggestions

I'm glad you like it !
If you want to know, the scope is inspired by an old sailor's spyglass

Exact reason I like it, also, i'd imagine that canister needs to be replaced every-one in a while ? being steam powered and all

Well for the bullets you can see a loader under the scope in the lower picture. "technically", when you press the trigger the gears system put a bullet in the canon and then the bullet is ejected by the steam contained in the gaz cylinder under the rifle. The little golden cylinder on the side contains oil for the gears, and the 3 bulbs at the top indicate the power level of the shot. I don't think this could works for real but it have a cool look
(I'm french so i hope that my explanation is understandable)

It's understandable, but you don't quite understand how a gun works do you ?
Eh, either way, I liked the idea of the bulbs, and yes, it really does look neat.
