Man, I finished this a couple days ago but my internet has been posessed or something lately. Sorry for the wait, hun!This is a commission for *hobbit-katie ; a sketch of her character, Neko-Chan :]
I sketched her eating cookies because I loved her little yellow dress in the reference file that you sent me X3 And it just reminded me of sweet things at a picnic like cakes and cookies

She looks so cute. Seems a lot of people like this dress. ^^ It was fun to design but a pain to make. XD I do see her totally enjoying cookies in the dress as in the story this is her "I'm retired" dress so she can enjoy life. Thanks so much, I do love it.
