This is 's character, Phil Dewilde. As such, it's dedicated to her Anyways, it was going to be just a sketch... but I was having a crappy day so I scanned it in and started coloring it. I'm glad I had something to work on because it would have sucked to be bored on top of being pissed x_x; Anyway, yah. I got pretty lazy with the background and stuff.. and the lines are pretty.. not very... clean.. because it was just a rough pencil sketch that I cleaned up as well as I could.. but yah. It was fun.
